It has just been reported that Prof. Dr. Christoph Seibert, Head of the Institute for Music Infomatics and Musicology, has been elected Prorector for Research and Networking by the Senate of the Karlsruhe University of Music. He will take up his new post on July 1, 2023.

In the midst of the preparations for the opening of the Horst Günter Library and the song recital on June 6th, we have received the news that Thomas Hampson has to cancel his participation for personal reasons. We regret this very much.
